DOC: Clarification of the functionality differences between adding to graph and watching a repo #6

The documentation or the readme should make it clear that the watch_directory tool also inherently calls the add_code_to_graph tool, so a user can start by just tell to watch a directory.
An addition to this would be to also inform the user of the JOB ID for looking at the job status
