This PR adds an AGENTS.md file documenting important configuration requirements for AI agents working with this repository. The guide explains why the --repo flag must be used with the gh CLI tool due to the dual-remote setup (origin/upstream) and provides instructions for setting a default repository to avoid permission errors.
