Hi, I'm Ben 👋

Product Manager → Data & AI Governance | Building operational governance for the EU AI Act era.

What I'm building

🔹 ai-governance-os-eu — An open-source Data & AI Governance OS for SMEs. Translates EU AI Act obligations into implementable frameworks, controls maps, evidence packs, and templates.

🔹 12-week public build — shipping one governance artefact per week: maturity models, NIST crosswalks, model cards, monitoring playbooks, case studies, and more.

🔹 Bridging regulation and implementation — because the gap between "comply with the EU AI Act" and actually doing it is a product problem.

  • Focused on AI governance, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance (EU-first)
  • Currently pursuing CDMP certification (DAMA)
