Audio will play through airpods but will cut out for a couple of seconds and then come back and repeat. For my bose quietcomfort headphones, it also comes in waves but is now much more stuttery.
Sorry for the late response but the sudo killall kdeconnectd worked but it was hard to test because the bluetooth would work and break at random times so I ended up just switching back to MacOS. I was on the latest asahi with Fedora GNOME.

Does it help if you stop kdeconnect like this?

This should be fixed by 5f8b283 in asahi-6.19.11-3 / 6.19.13-400.asahi (fedora). Please reopen if it still occurs.
