Description

I set my notification settings to notify me whenever I get pinged or a new private message was received. Unfortunately, I'm not getting any notifications. I'm connected to my bouncer and I'm getting notifications on my other (Mac) client just fine.

Steps to Reproduce

Set up notifications for a server, connect from outside your bouncer to some of the same channels you're in and send a message containing your name.

Expected Behavior

Notification in the Android notification bar

Actual Behavior

No notification, only the message gets highlighted when I switch to it.
