Crash au démarrage, fichier cogs.json vide #5

Describe the bug
Si le fichier cogs.json dans la racine est vide, le bot lance une erreur et boucle

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Vider le fichier cogs.json
2. Lancer le programme
3. See error

Expected behavior
Le bot ne devrait pas crash si le fichier est vide
