UiPlugin for Reentry calculation on blunt-nosed capsule bodies.  Calculates peak heating and max deceleration values (reports/graphs) based on user-defined values for the capsule dimensions.
Added a TETK automation script that builds up a portion of the TETK training scenario. There is a MATLAB script and a Perl script.
Demonstrate how to launch an STK Engine instance and query the scenario for information about the objects based on object type.

 Channel Capacity is the tight upper bound on the (data) rate at which information can be reliably transmitted over a communications channel given by the following:
	C (MBPS) = B (MHz) x log2(1 + S/N)

This MATLAB communications constraint plugin script can be used to constrain your link budget performance to the desired capacity.
