Adds a new Charts3D example demonstrating LogarithmicAxis3D on X (Frequency)
and Y (PSD) axes with 8 simulated sensor series following power-law slopes.
Includes toggle buttons overlaid on the canvas to switch each axis between
logarithmic and linear scaling at runtime.
