  1. Use thruster for server command when thruster gem present 

    Prefix the server start command with `thrust` when the host app's
Gemfile includes the thruster gem. Also add CLAUDE.md.

  3. Add good_job and solid_queue commands 

    Register `good_job` and `solid_queue` worker commands following the existing
conditional registration pattern, so host apps using either queue can use
`bin/openbox <worker>` as their container entrypoint.

  5. Use falcon host when falcon.rb exists 

    Rails apps with falcon-rails already get Falcon via `rails server`, so no
change is needed for the common case. When a `falcon.rb` config is present
the app wants Falcon's host mode (preload + multiple workers) instead, so
the server command switches to `falcon host`. Thruster wrapping is unchanged.
