VulCode is a Polish software house with years of experience. Since 2020 we have delivered high-quality software and written more than 6 million lines of code across 150+ projects. We also contributed to 80 open source repositories with 1,220,000+ combined stars on GitHub. We specialize in websites, panels and dashboards, and applications, as well as building scalable platforms, and we actively contribute to dozens of open source projects.

🧩 What we do

🚀 Landing Page

Fast One-Page sites optimized for conversion, lead generation and marketing campaigns. Ultra-fast loading speeds, responsive design and analytics integration.

🌐 Company Website

Extensive company websites with an intuitive CMS. Custom design, blog, multi-language support, full technical SEO and independent content management.

📊 Panels & Dashboards

Custom management systems, B2B and B2C portals: orders, customers, bookings, billing, automated reporting and granular team permissions in one place.

âš¡ Web Platforms

Web platforms, marketplaces and custom SaaS systems for EdTech, FinTech and more. Scalable architecture, role management and subscription payments.

🛒 Online Stores & E-commerce

Modern online stores integrated with payment gateways and logistics. Streamlined checkout, catalog management and ready to sell from day one.

📱 Mobile Apps

High-performance native apps for iOS and Android. Polished UX, offline support, push notifications and seamless API integration.

Reliable desktop software for Windows, macOS and Linux. Native performance, secure architecture and deep operating system integration.

🔗 Integrations & Automation

Secure API integrations, webhooks, bots and custom scripts that eliminate repetitive manual work and bridge third-party tools.

💡 Ready-made platforms on a subscription. Not every project has to start with a big quote. A ready-made platform works right away, you run it from one panel, and hosting, updates and backups stay on our side. When your needs grow, you move smoothly to a dedicated project. See platforms

✅ Why VulCode

Guarantee What this means for you
🏷️ Free quote Quote and consultation at no charge: you know the cost before deciding anything. You get a clear, written cost breakdown you can review anytime.
🤝 No obligations Requesting an offer commits you to nothing. You decide at your own pace, with no time pressure and no sales push.
🖥️ Staging access Preview the project live on our server before it goes public. Follow progress as it happens and flag feedback early during development.
⚙️ Choice of tech We adapt to your requirements or pick the best technology stack suited for your project's scale, budget, and future growth.
🔄 Revisions included Revision rounds are included. We refine the project until you are satisfied: tweaking details and reacting to feedback with no extra invoices.
🚀 Launch support We configure the domain, server, and SSL certificates. We ensure the launch runs smoothly with zero downtime.
🛟 Post-launch support 1 to 3 months of free care after launch. We handle minor adjustments, monitor uptime, and help out once live.
💬 Direct contact One point of contact, clear answers, zero corporate fog. You message directly with the developer actually building your project.
🔒 NDA available On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before even hearing your project details. Your ideas remain your exclusive property.

🔄 How a project runs

A transparent, 7-step process from first call to production support:

  1. First contact, workshop and quote You write to us or we set up a short call. Instead of asking about your budget, we break the project down: what it has to do, who for, and what happens if we do not build it. A quote and initial scope come back within 24 hours.

  2. Onboarding in the client panel You get an account in the client panel where you see progress, files, invoices and tickets as they happen. You send over materials, a brand book and access, and we turn that into a dated schedule both sides can see from day one.

  3. Prototyping the interface Before any code runs, you see the layout and flow as wireframes of the key screens. We talk about where a button sits and in what order sections are read, not about colours. Changes at this stage cost hours, not weeks.

  4. Building the software Work happens on a staging environment you can reach from day one, in a shared repository. Every week you get a short summary of what landed and what is in progress, so you never have to ask where things stand.

  5. Testing and a free buffer for fixes Before launch the product goes through a checklist we built over years of not wanting to make the same mistake twice. After launch there is a free time buffer for small fixes: we do not invoice for every typo.

  6. Deployment and code handover We set the launch date together so it surprises neither your users nor your team. After launch you get everything the project consists of: the repository, documentation and access. The code is yours: it is not held hostage by our company, and you do not have to come back to us to change anything.

  7. Post-launch support and monitoring Launch does not end the collaboration. We monitor uptime and response times, and when something breaks we usually know before you do. Tickets stay in the same panel we ran the project in, so nobody starts the conversation from scratch.

❓ Frequently asked questions

What does the project delivery process look like?
We start with a free consultation (30-60 minutes) to discuss scope, goals and budget. We then prepare a quote and timeline. After acceptance we start the project divided into milestones with regular progress updates. You have full visibility into current status throughout.
What are the payment terms?
We typically charge 40% upfront before starting and 60% upon project completion and handoff. For larger projects we can set up milestone-based payments. We issue VAT invoices and accept bank transfer.
Will I receive the full source code after the project?
Yes, the source code is entirely yours. We hand it over via a private Git repository (GitHub/GitLab) or as an archive. We do not apply any lock-ins, licensing restrictions, or proprietary ties to our infrastructure.
Do you offer support after the project is finished?
Yes. We provide standard post-launch support (1 to 3 months) and warranty for bugs resulting from our implementation. For long-term collaboration we offer ongoing maintenance plans (hosting, updates, monitoring, minor changes) tailored to your needs.
How does communication work during the project?
We communicate through a dedicated project Discord or Slack channel: you have direct daily access to the developer. We send a concise weekly progress report. When something requires a quick decision, we schedule a brief video call.
Can I order a project with my own design (Figma)?
Absolutely. If you have a ready UI design in Figma, we can implement it directly, which shortens delivery time and reduces cost. We can also adopt your existing design system and build consistently within it.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A landing page usually takes 1-2 weeks, a larger CMS-driven site 3-6 weeks, and a platform or app is typically 2-4 months. We set an exact milestone-based timeline during the quote and stick strictly to it.
Do you sign a contract and NDA?
Yes. Every project runs on a contract that clearly defines scope, deadlines, costs and code ownership. On request we also sign an NDA before discussing details: your idea and data remain completely confidential and safe.
I don't have a spec ready: can you help create one?
Of course, most clients start with an idea rather than a finished specification. During the consultation we ask the right questions, advise on feature scope and priorities, then write a clear requirements document that serves as the basis for the quote. You don't need technical background.
Do you help with hosting, domain and deployment?
Yes, we handle the entire deployment: server configuration, domain DNS, SSL certificates and going live in production. We can host the project on our infrastructure or deploy it directly to your cloud provider (e.g. AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, VPS) with full administrative handoff.
