Owner
Full control — manage workspace, billing, members, all content
Admin

Edit assigned tasks, comment, chat
Viewer
Read-only access to shared content
Permission inheritance flows: Organization → Workspace → Folder → Project. Members inherit permissions from higher levels unless overridden.
