I fixed a few typos and made a couple stylistic improvements, mostly translating untranslated English words in the German locale strings.
I noticed that the English noun “engagement” (i.e. reactions from other users) is translated as “Engagement”, which refers to volunteering in German. Therefore, I'd suggest to use a different translation, but I couldn't think of a good one. Maybe “Reaktionen”?
