msvc9compiler needs to check for the VS110COMNTOOLS environment variable in order to support Visual Studio 2012. Currently it complains "cannot find vcvarsall.bat".

The following workaround works for now:

SET VS90COMNTOOLS=%VS110COMNTOOLS%
