Downloaded the app yesterday. This morning I was asked to take pictures so they can review if my profile is valid. Okay, took 1+ hour, got accepted. Did not change anything in my profile and I got asked again to take these photos and be reviewed, need to wait yet again

GREED I understand you are company that needs to earn money , BUT ive had 6 likes for months now.. worst part is that now it says 5. That means that my possible love of life deleted tinder either because she found some other bozo or was just tired of swiping on this app.. Either way, it was only because of business model “give us your money or frick off”. I would ask if that is normal , but you are money driven company, NOT team of people who made app for people to get together.. UPGRADE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON THE DECICE YOU ORIGINALLY PURCHASED IT FROM Tf ? On top of my previous point , even if I decide to buy the subscription which, by the way, is ridiculous amount for rest of the options on dating app, NOT FULL LIBRARY OF ALMOST ALL MUSIC(like music streaming platforms) or LIBRARY OF TONS OF MOVIES/SHOWS etc. (like rest of media streaming platforms), then I get stopped by message “ upgrade your subscription on the device you originally purchased it from“ In conclusion , you take PRIDE in being #1 but you are most popular, NOT the best dating app. You are full of GREED by charging for dating app almost as much (on top tier subscriptions it’s even more) than music/movie platforms. Banned for no reason - waste of money!!!

I’ve been on Tinder several times since 2016 and never had any problems. Today after a longer time I downloaded app again, bought Tinder Gold for 1 month, used it for about 30min and then it started - had to verify if I’m not a robot, after that the app still had concerns and I had to verify again and again. Then a message appeared - I have to wait few minutes for verification process, meanwhile - not even access to profile, option to logout, report an issue etc. Ok, it took about 5 hours. After that the app finally worked and I had access to my profile but ~2 hours later I received that I’m banned for forever. For no reason. I even read the entire Terms of use and Policy and found absolutely nothing I have done against it. Bye bye 16eur and I see here so many people with same disappointment. Tinder - you know what karma is.
