AI first world
I have been working in IT for quite some time. I have seen small to significant problems and complex integrations and worked on them with my comrades. Late-night meetings, weekend support, and whatnot were thrilling and exciting (sometimes, I hate my life moments). But it was all part of work; you learn a lot. Fast forward to 2025, everyone is talking and implementing “AI”. AI is a broader term we have been using for decades. That’s where I began connecting the dots between technology and business—learning how to leverage tech to solve real-world problems. ...

Mentorship in tech isn’t just about teaching someone how to code or troubleshoot—it’s about helping people develop their problem-solving skills, encouraging them to think critically, and supporting them as they find solutions. Over the years, I’ve realized that successful mentoring is a two-way street: while you’re imparting knowledge, you’re also learning from your mentees and growing your skills. Here’s what I’ve learned about building strong teams and fostering growth through mentorship: ...
